WHO IS LINDA LEESMAN & HER TEAM?

Hello, thank you for visiting our website.  Over the years we have worked hard on providing information that you want.  We hope we are accomplishing those things.  Buyers want to know what properties are available and sellers want to know what their home's value is.  Relocating families want to know about the area and schools.  Our goal is to provide you what you need.  If you would like to see anything extra please let us know.

Linda Leesman has been licensed full time since 1988.  Previously she worked in management at a local Savings & Loan as well as underwriting personal loans and second mortgages.  From there Linda went into the mortgage lending business.  During Black Monday, the company she worked for closed.  Linda was already taking real estate classes and decided to "try" real estate.  All these years later, she no long has to try, she just makes it happen. 

 

Linda is the group Team Leader and Marketing Specialist.  She is on Coldwell Banker Heritage's exclusive buyer & seller relocation team and strives to meet her clients needs.  Linda's motto is that "If It's Important to You, It's Important to Us".  We look at real estate as a "win-win" process.   If you are considering a move in your future, do your homework and talk with this team.  The Marketing Plan is aggressive and Internet heavy.  The Buyer Agent team will put you in the right home, not just "sell" you a house and go to the next one.  You will be treated royally.

 

Vicki Wallace is the team's Buyer Agent.  Vicki has a history of personally relocating.  Originally an Indiana Hoosier, Vicki and her husband, Dave moved to the Dayton area.  We're still working on converting them to Buckeyes.  Vicki worked in corporate America for 20+ years and has always had a love of real estate.  Vicki is well connected in the southern Montgomery and Warren counties.  She has the team view of placing you in the proper home. 

 

The team mascot is Maggie.  Maggie is licensed, but not in real estate.  Maggie bosses the team around as she is mostly interested in making sure there is something to eat.  Belly rubs are welcome and love is given to any clients that want to meet her.  Maggie was acclimated as a pup to be friendly as Linda wanted her to be a Hospice Therapy Dog.  Maggie is learning to get along with the "bigger" dogs so she can go back to school to be a Dogtor along with her Yorkie friend, Bailey.
